At Mapledean Homes, we’ve been bringing dreams to life for over 15 years.

Extensions

Whatever your needs, Mapledean Homes is here to deliver great value for money. Extending your property is one of the smartest ways to maximise its functionality and boost its value.

Whether it’s a practical porch to enhance your home’s entrance, a single-storey garden room for more social space, or a full double-storey extension to add bedrooms and living areas, we’ve got you covered. Whatever your vision, we’ll work with you to create a space that’s both beautiful and practical—perfectly tailored to your lifestyle.

Conversions

With more people working from home, running home-based businesses, and repurposing unused barns, chapels, and outbuildings in Gloucestershire, building conversions have become increasingly popular.

At Mapledean Homes, we specialise in transforming these unique spaces into functional, high-quality environments—whether for permanent residences, second homes, or entirely new uses. We work closely with owners to ensure every conversion meets the highest standards and perfectly suits its intended purpose.

Repairs

While many homeowners handle minor repairs on their own, some jobs—especially larger ones or those tied to an insurance claim—are best left to the experts. That’s where Mapledean Homes comes in.

We’re here to take care of those significant repairs with professional expertise, ensuring the job is done right the first time.

Newbuild

We partner with small-scale developers building 3–4 homes and individuals embarking on self-build projects who need expert support to get to at least the first fix stage.

By combining your plans with our building expertise, we’ll help turn your vision into a reality, ensuring your project gets off to the best possible start.

Homeowners

Whether it’s your main residence or a holiday home, Mapledean Homes is the trusted choice for homeowners across Gloucestershire to meet all their domestic building needs.

From insurance repairs to complete new builds, we combine modern techniques with traditional craftsmanship to extend, repair, and create homes that are built to last. Whatever your project, we’re here to bring your vision to life with quality you can rely on.

Commercial

Mapledean Homes brings extensive experience to commercial and industrial building projects. Our commercial clients include residential and commercial property developers, industrial and agricultural businesses, as well as schools and educational institutions.

Whatever the project, we’re equipped to deliver high-quality results tailored to your needs.

What our customers say about us

We’re really pleased and couldn’t recommend Maple Dean Homes highly enough for what they’ve done building our extension. Clear communicating, efficient, adaptable, honest and respectful, are but a few words I would use to sum up this family run business, plus competitively priced, to boot! Thank you Neil, Claire and the rest of the team.

Karl Gilmore

Mapledean recently completed a large retaining wall project for me utilising gabion baskets. Site access was challenging but this was overcome and work progressed. Planning, groundworks and construction were all completed efficiently in a professional manner. Communication was first rate throughout the project. Mapledean’s team were punctual, friendly and completed the work as specified. Overall I’m very happy with the finished job and would recommend Neil and his crew without hesitation.
